BLE means Basic Level Education. It is the first milestone examination for students. The BLE examination papers are set by the Municipality in order to check the standard of the students. The main objective is to provide them with Basic Level Education that is from 1 up to grade 8. This examination is actually for grade 8 students to check their basic standard of education.
